Check flavor stock and reorder if necessary

Look over your flavor inventory and make sure you are fully stocked and ready to flavor. Double-check that you have plenty of kid favorites like Bubblegum and Grape. Don’t forget about essentials like Sweetening Enhancer and Bitterness Suppressor; you can’t flavor without them! To reorder any

Check your Adaptacaps and syringes

While they may not be as fun as Blastin’ Bubblegum or Giggly Grape, Adaptacaps and syringes are essential to the flavoring process, especially if you don’t have a Fillmaster Auto. These tools can wear out over time, so give them a quick once-over and see what condition they’re in. Check adaptacaps for
wear and cracks. Syringes should be replaced at least every 3-4 months, or ideally with every flavor bottle replacement. Between use, wash them with warm water. Reorder any supplies by calling 800-884-5771 or emailing reorders@flavorx.com.

Refresh your marketing materials

Flavoring supplies aren’t the only things that need to be replaced once in a while; your marketing materials may need to be updated too. Look over your flavor wheels, menu pads, and tent signs and all other printed materials. If they’re worn out, torn, or you just don't have enough, give FLAVORx a call for your free replacements.

Make sure Fillmaster is in good condition

Make sure your Fillmaster is in optimal working condition so that you’re ready for the busy winter months. In just a few minutes, you can ensure that your Fillmaster and filtration system are working as they should be using the following steps:

• - Calibrate your dispenser to make sure it’s dispensing accurately.

- Confirm that your pharmacy has an ample supply of dispensing tips and reorder if needed. They should be changed monthly.

• - Check all around the dispenser, the filtration system, and the tubing to confirm that there are no leaks or anything else out of order.
